When Enperor Constantine The Great stopped the persecution of Christians in the Roman Empire, Eusebius, a Christian, wrote one of the earliest accounts of Church History. "Historia Ecclesiastica". The full text of this book is online for free, and tells us how Paul and Peter died, about the persecutions and martyrdoms, the development of The Church, from New Testament days, until the fourth century. The following links contain the book, free, online.

LISTEN, READ THE BIBLE ON YOUR PHONE

BIBLE.IS has an excellent Bible app that you can download to your phone and listen to in many languages. We recommend you to listen to the KJV for the sake of accuracy, in spite of the thous' and thees'. More modern Bibles like the NIV or others have a tendency to change the text to make it more appealing to modern sensibilities.

This other application is excellent, to read the KJV Bible on your phone, without using up your data plan:

Those who didn't believe Jesus was the Messiah, killed him (Fulfilling yet another Old Testament Prophecy found in Daniel 9:24-27) and then tried to kill believing Jews. For this, they were punished with the punishments prophesied in the Old Testament book of Deuteronomy, chapter 28. Also, after killing Jesus accusing him of being a revolutionary,
they, who were the real revolutionaries, revolted against the Roman Empire and as a result, their temple was destroyed, fulfilling Old Testament prophecies found in Daniel 9:24-27.

The believing Jews and Israelites became THE CHURCH (The word "Church" simply means "congregation", The Chosen People of God.  Also, non Jews (Gentiles) were added into THE CHURCH, if they were faithful, without racial prejudice.  THE CHURCH is the continuation of Faithful Israel, while the synagogue is the continuation of Unfaithful Israel.

The non believing Jews remained

Since then, The Jews have been persecuting THE CHURCH, who wants nothing but their good. Jesus himself, when crucified, said: "Forgive them, Father, for they don't know what they are doing".
Stephen, when being stoned by The Jews, said
